The apartment was just completed in February 2009. You just have to cross the road and you are on the beach. It is in a discreet complex with security and allocated parking space. There is also a swimming pool with jacuzzi and mini pool for children. There is also a green space for BBQ and other activities to enjoy the sun. The apartment is on the second floor (top most floor) and offers a great view on the sea. There is a balcony which gives on the beach. There are three bedrooms of which the master bedroom is en suite. The flat is fitted with 4 air conditioners (one in each room and a large powerful one in the lounge) and new fittings. There is also a separate shower and toilet. The bar and kitchen are fully fitted and equipped with microwave, oven, kettle and coffee machine. We also provide some basic cutlery and glasses. There is also a TV, DVD player and satellite box. The flat comes fully furnished.

Flic en flac is located on the west coast and boasts the longest stretch of beach on the island. The flat is located in a quiet spot along the coastal road but is only 5 minutes walk from local amenities such as taxis nightclubs bars restaurants and supermarkets. Further down the road are found more restaurants and five star hotels such as the Hilton.

L'appartement est équipé de 4 climatiseurs (un dans chaque chambre et un puissant dans le salon). La décoration est rmoderne. Il ya également une douche séparée et des toilettes. Le bar et la cuisine sont très bien équipés avec micro-ondes, four, bouilloire et machine à café. Des couverts et des verres sont aussi fournis. Il ya aussi une télévision, un lecteur DVD et un récepteur satellite. L'appartement est vendu entièrement meublé.

Flic en Flac est situé sur la côte ouest, et possède la plus grande plage de l'île. L'appartement est situé dans un endroit tranquille le long de la route côtière, mais n'est qu'à 5 minutes à pied des agréments locaux tels que les restaurants taxis discothèques bars et supermarchés. Un peu plus loin sur la route se trouvent les principaux restaurants et les hôtels cinq étoiles comme le Hilton.
