This well equipped house is located directly on the beach in La Preneuse in the west of Mauritius with a wonderful view of the ocean and the 'Le Morne' mountain. The swimming in front of the house is excellent and you can access the water easily by walking down 4 steps.
There is a large supermarket (London Store) at about 1kms from the house and several restaurants in the area. Clients would be happier if they rent a car for transport.
Description
There are 2 buildings: The main house with garden is at the front and enjoys a wonderful view over the ocean. There is a second smaller building (studio) at the back which offers accomodation for an extra 2 persons. Children under 10 years are not permitted.
Main house (with 3 bedrooms):
* Bedroom 1: Double bed, aircon, direct connection to the terrace and a good view onto the ocean. Its own bathroom with shower/WC and bidet. Telephone and safe.
* Bedroom 2: 2 single beds together (to make a double bed), aircon, direct connection to the terrace and a good view onto the ocean.
* Bathroom with shower/WC and washing machine shared with bedroom 3.
* Bedroom 3: 2 single beds for children aged 10-16 years.
* Spacious lounge with satellite TV, direct access to the terrace and also a dining table with chairs.
* Fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator, freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker with 4 burners, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and a toaster.
* Large terrace with tables and chairs with direct access to the garden which is equipped with sunloungers.
Studio at the rear:
* One bedroom with a double bed, aircon, TV with local channels and a telephone.
* Fully equipped kitchen with 2 burner gas cooker, refridgerator electric kettle, small grill, toaster and a microwave.
* Bathroom with shower/WC.
* Terrace with chairs and a BBQ grill

Cette maison bien équipée est située directement sur la plage de La Preneuse dans l'ouest de l'île Maurice avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan et la «montagne du Morne ». Les quatre marches de la piscine située à l’avant de la maison rendront l’entrée dans l’eau facile et agréable.
Grand supermarché (London Store) à environ 1km. Plusieurs restaurants dans la région. Location de voiture recommandée.

La maison principale avec jardin au premier rang jouit d'une magnifique vue sur l'océan.
Le petit studio, situé à l’arrière offre un hébergement complémentaire pour 2 personnes. Les enfants de moins de 10 ans ne sont pas autorisés.
Maison principale (avec 3 chambres):
* Chambre 1: lit double, climatisation, accès direct à la terrasse et belle vue sur l'océan. Salle de bain privée avec douche / WC et bidet. Téléphone et coffre.
* Chambre 2: 2 lits simples rapprochés (pour faire un lit double), climatisation, accès direct à la terrasse avec une belle vue sur l'océan.
* Salle de bains avec douche / WC et machine à laver commune avec la chambre 3.
* Chambre 3: 2 lits simples pour les enfants âgés de 10-16 ans.
* Salon spacieux avec TV satellite, accès direct à la terrasse. Table et chaises.
* Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, cuisinière au gaz avec 4 feux, micro-ondes, bouilloire électrique, machine à café et grille-pain.
* Grande terrasse avec des tables et des chaises avec un accès direct au jardin avec chaises longues.
