This villa is situated at the beachfront just to the north of Trou d'eau Douce on the Belle Mare road. The beach is part of a wide lagoon protected by the reef for safe swimming and other water sport activities.
The villa is close to the ferry to Ile aux Cerfs in Trou d'Eau Douce and has local restaurants in the vicinity. From the living / dining area you have access to the spacious veranda, the garden and the beach.
